    Runs in team coaching sessions (10-12 sessions per project team).


    Project work

    Teams work throughout the programme.


    Coaching support

    Managing project team dynamics and working with each participant's challenges.

    Interim meetings

    To discuss project results and learning outcomes in teams.

    Follow up sessions (10 individual sessions).


    Support for key leaders to develop leadership maturity.
