Individual coaching sessions

    Introductory session
    (1 hour)

    It is conducted with the leader, sometimes together with a superior.


    Objective of the session: to discuss and agree your request for coaching, to familiarise you with the rules of coaching.

    Coaching sessions (weekly 1 hour sessions)

    The work takes place within a pre-agreed package of sessions.


    The main method of work: a free-flowing conversation about what the leader is concerned about in his/her work.


    The coach's task is to keep the focus on the request, to offer a new angle for the leader's reflection and to facilitate sensemaking.

    Wrap-up session

    Conducted with the leader, sometimes together with a superior.


    The purpose of the session: to summarize and define a vector for further independent work. The wrap-up session is also used to discuss the new work request.
